It is a detailed attempt to describe who, what, when, where, and the why of it all. Mostly cold cases, I should imagine, but then great investigative leads for those in that business.

Imagine being put into espionage by the US Army because your father is a high-ranking East German Communist STASI Master Spy. So they train you in German, send you to Germany, you witness and are made to do things, you find out he's putting into place another one of his sons as US President, and then they give you a new "Life" as a trucker in Wyoming. All along the way people die around you like flies in horrible ways, and the suspicions rest on you. You can't leave.
